Important Notice: Students may either apply online through this portal, or else at the German-Maltese Circle's Office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. You may also apply at the GMC's Office on Saturday 27th September 2025, between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm.
